Delete Your Neet Mentis Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Neet Mentis account and the personal data associated with it. Neet Mentis is a NEET exam-preparation app developed by Future Mentis.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, send an email to mshariqayan33@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject line "Delete My Neet Mentis Account".

We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Your account profile (name, email address, and profile photo obtained through Google Sign-In).
Your learning and usage data, such as answered questions, scores, and progress.
Any preferences or settings stored for your account.

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Anonymous and aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may also be retained. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted.
